Part of our Maison Creative collection, The Brioche takes its shape from a braided brioche crown, where soft strands of dough are woven together into a round form before baking.
Here, the braid is hand-knotted in natural off-white cotton and flows continuously around the ring, with no visible beginning or end.
A stainless steel ring is hidden inside to keep its perfectly round shape and preserve the structure.
For companies, we can customize The Brioche in your own colors to match your brand, uniforms or table setting.

The Story of the Braided Brioche
Brioche is a French bread, rich and tender thanks to plenty of eggs and butter.
The word appears in French as early as 1404. It comes from brier, an old Norman verb for working the dough with a wooden roller.
The braid came later. In the 19th century, bakers in the Vendée, in France, began braiding their brioche, and that plaited crown is the shape our napkin ring is knotted after.
A Bread for Weddings and Easter
In the Vendée, every family once baked its own brioche for Easter.
At weddings, enormous brioches are made for the traditional brioche dance at the wedding meal. Some weigh 15 kg and are carried in on a stretcher.
That is the feeling we wanted on your table: the bread people bake to celebrate, braided in cotton so it stays long after the last slice. It suits a wedding table, a family lunch, or a restaurant that likes a detail guests remember.
