OUR SOCIAL IMPACT SINCE 2021

We have drastically improved the living conditions of Jor and Jantara's family, talking here about food security and procuring basic necessities for their children.

Anna and Nok have been able to increase the financial support they provide to their families.

We've also been able to protect Mishu and Minium's health by significantly reducing their exposure to the damaging effects of field work.

💪 We're committed to bringing more Akha women into our fold to extend our influence across Asha village and its neighboring communities.

As we expand, we anticipate the construction of a factory, which will also enable us to host you in person for some nights with us.

Who is Nicha?

Hey! Call me Jane. I am the founder of AKHA MA-DE and I am an Akha lady born from wonderful Akha parents.

I established Akha Ma-De because I couldn't bear to see my people living in poverty.

I was literally born in a precarious bamboo hut with no electricity or water.

An average Akha family lives on less than 5,000 THB/month.

And this has to end.

We are progressively impacting more and more families thanks to this original idea of handmade Christmas ornaments, and it's all because of you.

So I want to say that my heart swells with gratitude for each of you. Thank you.
